Come take a gentle pause before the weekend begins.
This intimate gathering is designed for 10 women or fewer,
a quiet pause in the middle of a full season.
Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, stretch and strengthen our minds and bodies.
This space is gentle, grounding, and supportive,
a moment for you during this busy season.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
The Momunity workshop was an absolute privilege and joy to attend. Every aspect of the day was created with careful intention, making for a meaningful, moving, and powerful day. I highly recommend!
Meg’s workshop offered a series of inspiring and centering exercises that were just what I needed. I was able to get a wider perspective on my role as parent and ways to tap into my mental reserve of positive energy.
The Momunity workshop provided a supportive space where I felt completely free from judgment. Taking those few hours to pause and focus on myself was invaluable. Thanks to this experience, I now feel more in tune with myself and better equipped to navigate parenthood.
