Come take a gentle pause before the holidays begin.
This intimate gathering is designed for 10 women or fewer,
a quiet pause in the middle of a full season.
Together, we’ll slow down, breathe, reflect, and explore the “Let Them” mindset from Mel Robbins’ book, applying it to holiday expectations, emotional loads, and relationships.

a moment for you before you move through the holidays.

What's coming up
This gathering is lovingly co-hosted by Meg Kuhnle and Danielle Wolinsky. After meeting recently, we discovered we both had the same desire on our hearts. We wanted to bring a small group of women together, create a space to breathe and connect, and give back to our local community in a meaningful way.
This event is our very first step in that shared mission… and truly, the first of many to come.

If you’re longing for a soft place to land in the middle of a busy season, you’re in the right place.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
The Momunity workshop was an absolute privilege and joy to attend. Every aspect of the day was created with careful intention, making for a meaningful, moving, and powerful day. I highly recommend!
Meg’s workshop offered a series of inspiring and centering exercises that were just what I needed. I was able to get a wider perspective on my role as parent and ways to tap into my mental reserve of positive energy.
The Momunity workshop provided a supportive space where I felt completely free from judgment. Taking those few hours to pause and focus on myself was invaluable. Thanks to this experience, I now feel more in tune with myself and better equipped to navigate parenthood.
