A weekly small-group session blending gentle movement, nervous system support, reflection, and coaching to help you feel calmer, more grounded, and more supported in everyday life. Members commit to a consistent weekly time so the group can build trust, momentum, and real-life sustainability together.
Membership Rhythm & Info
Strong + Supported Membership | Attendance & Membership Policy Strong + Supported is a small-group membership built around consistency, connection, and support — not perfect attendance. The steady rhythm of the group is part of what helps women feel grounded, supported, and connected over time. Here’s how it works: Weekly Group Sessions Your membership reserves a spot in a specific weekly group time. That space is held for you whether or not you attend in a given week, which helps groups remain small, steady, and supportive for everyone involved. Sessions are not refunded or rescheduled if missed. Occasionally, reflections, themes, or supportive notes from a session may be shared afterward when appropriate. Missed Sessions Life happens. Illness, travel, family responsibilities, changing schedules, and hard weeks are all part of real life. You are always welcome to step away when needed. Missed sessions are not rolled over or made up, and no explanation is required. Over time, consistency matters more than perfect attendance. If you occasionally need to attend a different weekly session and space is available, please reach out. I’ll always do my best to support you when possible. Summer, Holidays & School Breaks Strong + Supported is designed to work with real life. Sessions continue through summer and most school breaks, though occasional schedule adjustments or pauses may happen around major holidays or extended breaks. Any changes will always be communicated in advance. This space is here to support you, not create more pressure. Membership Commitment Strong + Supported has a 3-month minimum commitment to support consistency, connection, and meaningful change over time. After the initial 3 months, memberships continue month-to-month. To cancel after the minimum commitment, please email info@megathrivecoaching.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. This notice period helps maintain thoughtful group planning and availability. Yoga & Stretch Sessions Yoga & Stretch sessions are flexible and optional. If you need to cancel a reserved class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
