A weekly small-group session that combines strength-based movement, nervous system support, and coaching. Members commit to a consistent weekly time so the group can build trust, momentum, and real-life sustainability together.

Strong + Supported Membership | Attendance & Cancellation Policy Strong + Supported is a small-group membership built around consistency, not perfect attendance. The structure is what creates the support. Here’s how it works: Weekly Sessions Your membership reserves a spot in a specific weekly group (day + time). That spot is held for you whether or not you attend in a given week. Sessions are not rescheduled or refunded if you miss a week. To support continuity, any key workout notes or themes from the session may be shared via email when appropriate. This allows the group to stay small, steady, and supportive for everyone. Missed Sessions Life happens — illness, travel, family needs, school schedules. You’re always welcome to step away for a week when needed. Missed sessions are not made up or rolled over, and there’s no penalty or explanation required. Consistency over time matters more than attending every single week. Summer, Holidays & School Breaks Strong + Supported is designed to flex with real life. Sessions continue through summer and most school breaks. Around major holidays or extended breaks (such as winter break), the schedule may be adjusted or paused. Any planned changes will be communicated in advance. You’re not expected to attend every week, the container is here when you can. Membership Commitment Strong + Supported has a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial 3 months, your membership continues month-to-month. To cancel after the minimum commitment, please email info@megathrivecoaching.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. This notice window allows time to manage small-group capacity thoughtfully. Yoga & Stretch Sessions Yoga & stretch sessions are optional and flexible. If you need to cancel a booked yoga or stretch class, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so the spot can open for others. If you ever have questions or need to talk through your situation, you’re always welcome to reach out.
