You pick what feels right for your life right now:

  • Strong + Supported (Weekly Small Group Membership)
    Consistent, small-group support that blends strength, nervous system care, and coaching.
    *This is the core of MegaThrive — for moms who want steadiness that actually sticks.

     

  • Virtual Yoga + Stretch
    Gentle movement and nervous system support, offered twice a week.
    An easy, low-pressure way to care for your body and calm your mind.

  • Private Coaching (Limited Availability)
    Deeper, one-on-one support for moms who want individualized guidance.
    A brief conversation is required to make sure it’s the right fit.
