Strong + Supported Sessions blend virtual strength training with the option to add on private life coaching giving you support for your body, mind and emotional wellbeing all in one place.  

These 50-minute sessions help you:

  • build strength safely and effectively

  • calm your nervous system

  • increase energy

  • feel grounded and confident

  • reconnect with yourself

  • show up calmer at home — especially with your teens
     

Think of this as your weekly reset — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Each session includes:

  • a 30-minute customized virtual strength workout

  • all equipment modifications for injuries or limitations

  • form guidance and posture coaching

  • weekly messaging support (if you want it)

  • the option to add a 20-minute private coaching session

    Optional Coaching Add-On:

  • If you choose to add on coaching, we’ll use 20 minutes to focus on:

  • balance in mom-life

  • overwhelm + emotional triggers

  • nervous system regulation

  • simple, doable habits

  • parenting moments that feel hard

  • mindset + clarity

    This is truly mind–body–spirit support in one place.

Option 1: Training + Coaching
30-minute virtual strength session +
