Strong + Supported Sessions blend virtual strength training with integrated coaching support built into each session giving you support for your body, mind and emotional wellbeing all in one place.  

60-minute small-group sessionss help you:

  • build strength safely and effectively

  • calm your nervous system

  • increase energy

  • feel grounded and confident

  • reconnect with yourself

  • show up calmer at home — especially with your teens
     

Think of this as your weekly reset — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Members commit to a consistent weekly group to build trust, momentum, and sustainable change.
